Office Policies

We need your cooperation in keeping scheduled appointments. We require 24-hour notice if the time reserved for you cannot be kept. This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give the appointment time to another patient.

We are happy to file dental insurance for your reimbursement benefits as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. For your convenience, we will gladly assist you in submitting initial insurance claims pertaining to charges for care rendered in our office. However, please be aware that our primary financial relationship is with our patients or their families and not with respective insurance companies. We ask that you pay your estimated portion of your bill at the time of service. Financial arrangements can be made based on your estimated insurance benefit, however, any outstanding insurance claims not paid, are the responsibility of the patient or the patient’s family. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.

During normal office hours, patients are seen that day for emergencies. For after-hour emergencies, you may call our office for emergency contact information.

We meet and exceed all U.S. standards for infectious disease communication prevention. Our infection control procedures are of the highest standards.
